When you schedule your remote session you will be provided a link to the remote support session. At the time you are scheduled please join the remote session approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled time. One of our support representatives will join at the the same time and provide either voice or chat support.
If you are unable to make the remote session please try to re-schedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
