What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final.  Due to the nature of the products being digital it is simply not feasible to offer refunds for digital products as they can be distributed via digital means.


Make sure you read all the terms and conditions and be sure you are purchasing the correct product before purchasing.  We do everything we can to make sure each product is explained in detail.  We can not and will not offer refunds if you purchased something by mistake for not reading the terms and/or descriptions.


We will do everything we can to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.  We offer remote support, support chat, and also this knowledge base to make sure you are successful using our software products.


If you have purchased a subscription you have the ability to cancel at anytime.  We do not provide prorated refund for unused days.  Once you have purchased a subscription from us you are provided that service for the duration of the subscription.


 No exceptions will be made.
