During a remote session we will have 100% access to your computer, files, folders, etc. If there is anything you would not like us to see please hide them before your session.
By scheduling and acknowledging the confirmation email that is sent to you, you agree to allowing us to remotely connect to your computer to provide remote support. You also understand that the entire session is recorded.
Furthermore, in order to provide the best support possible. Please have your windows OS set to English. We do not speak any other language so if it is not english we will be unable to assist you.
