Resetting your license should only be done if you are changing computers. There is typically no other reason for this to be done and will not solve your issue in most cases.
The easiest and most convenient method to reset your license is to do it via the software itself. You can reset your license within our software by clicking on the "?" and then "Deactivate License".
You can also reset your license via the software before signing in as well.
You can also reset your license by joining our discord server and going to any of the channels and typing /reset. Once doing so it will ask you to enter your order and email. Once completed your license will be reset.
